Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges within 30 days with receipt and tags will be accepted in original condition to the purchased payment method or store credit

For online orders you can initiate a return by logging into your customer account here and selecting the order you would like to return within 14 days of delivery. Once the item(s) have been returned in original condition Pismo Pier Co. will process your refund to your purchased payment method. 

The refund processing time is at the discretion of your card holder not Pismo Pier Co.
